Every project is different, but one thing you can count on is our consistent and proven process for getting the quality and style that METCASA has become known for.

THE PROCESS

  1. No cost consultation.  We review your ideas and discuss the project scope, timelines and budgets together.
     

  2. We prepare an estimate for your project that includes the renovation breakdown and budgets. Once we are all comfortable with the confirmed scope of work, we agree on the details and sign a contract to start the process.
     

  3. The fun part - designing!  We book an appointment for you in our studio to choose all of your material finishings and colour palettes which include: cabinet door style, counters, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, appliances, paint colours and so on.
     

  4. Start the renovation!  After we confirm all of your design materials and place the necessary orders, we can then start the renovation process and look forward to bringing your new design to life.
